Selena Gomez and her fiancé, Benny Blanco, took time out from awards season to help the heroes on the frontlines of the deadly LA wildfires.
In separate Instagram Stories, Selena and Benny posted footage of themselves delivering and distributing wrapped sandwiches to first responders. In Selena’s videos, we see her sorting out multiple boxes of sandwiches. She captioned one of the videos of the scene “grateful for these individuals.”
In Benny’s videos, he thanks all the vendors they partnered with for the food and also writes, “thank u to all the first responders national guard and firefighters!!! u guys are super heroes!!!”
He also posted a photo of Selena smiling and posing with some of the first responders. In another shot, a masked Selena is seen chatting with the first responders. He captioned it, “we can’t thank u enough.”
Selena’s beauty company Rare Beauty has also been posting links to resources to help people with their mental health during this trying time. The company has been donating emergency care kits and making donations to a number of relief organizations.
